AIA has recently made some practical updates on its products to help clients get the most from AIA.

Continuous Trauma is LIVE

Continuous Trauma is live and available on offer
Clients can claim up to 4x the sum assured.
The Cancer exclusion period is 12 months following a cancer claim for new and unrelated cancers.
The Heart or Stroke exclusion period is 36 months after a claim of it.

Lifestyle Booster Discount added to Trauma

Eligible clients can now receive a 7% Lifestyle Booster Discount on new fully underwritten eligible Trauma cover when they meet the below criteria:

Lifestyle Booster Permanent Discount on Life and trauma Cover

From 14 August 2026, customers can receive a 7% Lifestyle Booster Discount on new eligible insurance cover. To receive the Lifestyle Booster Discount, customers must apply for eligible cover and meet the following criteria:

Have a BMI between 18.50 and 26.99
Be a non-smoker for at least 12 months
Be aged 16 years or over.
